Equiniti ICS receive the Payroll Quality Partnership (PQP) accreditation

Equiniti ICS was in full attendance at The IPP Payroll and Pensions Excellence Awards, Tuesday 5th October 2010, St John’s Hotel, Birmingham.

Equiniti ICS was recognised for achieving the Payroll Quality Partnership (PQP) accreditation. Marianne Hendron, Training and Quality Officer with Equiniti ICS said, 'We are absolutely delighted to have achieved the PQP accreditation from the IPP. It gives our staff the benefit of a structured approach to professional development, a learning and development plan tailored to their individual needs, and high visibility of the skills required for progression.

A lot of hard work has gone into defining core roles, skills matrices for each of those roles, and associated rating systems and into generating buy in across the company. As a result we have a greatly enhanced performance management system and a transparent development process that combines self-assessment with focussed input from line management and formal 6-monthly appraisals. We are thrilled to have been recognised for the importance we place on staff development; we want our employees to see payroll as a profession and not just a job, and to give our clients confidence in the level of service we provide.'
