Monaghan Mushrooms choose Equiniti ICS's offshore IT team solution

Equiniti ICS is pleased to announce the outsourced software service contract win for Monaghan Mushrooms, one of the world’s largest and most progressive fresh mushroom companies.

Monaghan Mushrooms required a dedicated IT resource to produce and maintain tailored software solutions. As a leading provider of mushrooms, the company was looking to source a partner with whom they could undertake business-critical projects at competitive rates, whilst still remaining focused on their core business requirements.

Equiniti ICS proposed an integrated outsourced software service with access to a strong experienced development team from our offshore centre in Chennai, India with managerial support from the Belfast office.

Monaghan Mushrooms contracted for two dedicated Full Time Equivalents over a two year period. Monaghan Mushrooms were attracted to the Equiniti ICS capacity to flex the virtual team from the point of view of size and skill sets to assist and ease the allocation of potential future projects.

The outsourced software solution is delivered to the highest standard; with the offshore team working to ISO9000 international accreditation, processes and practices are maintained to exacting standards befitting the level of quality associated with Monaghan Mushrooms.

Testing is carried out on a dedicated Virtual LAN hosted by Equiniti ICS, with no impact on Monaghan Mushrooms infrastructure, meaning they can concentrate on their day-to-day business.
