Auto-enrolment
Workplace pension laws are changing, with new duties on employers in relation to their workforce. At various staging dates from 1 October 2012, employers will be obliged to automatically enrol eligible jobholders into a qualifying workplace pension scheme and pay contributions for scheme members.
